LMS Black took down Speedway Jr High Sparkplugs 7-3 on Monday. LMS Black were the first to get on the board in the first when Troy B singled, scoring one run. LMS Black scored six runs on three hits in the top of the third inning. Easton T singled, scoring one run, an error scored two runs, Luke L grounded out, scoring two runs, and a steal of home scored one run. Troy stepped on the bump first for LMS Black. The hurler allowed three hits and zero runs over one and one-third innings, striking out none and walking two. Ari T stepped on the hill first for Speedway Jr High Sparkplugs. The right-handed pitcher surrendered five hits and seven runs (five earned) over three innings, striking out three and walking four. Blake S appeared in relief for LMS Black. Troy provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led LMS Black with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Maddox A, JJ F, Easton, Luke, and Troy each collected one hit for LMS Black. Owen S, Maddox, Owen C, Easton, Troy, and Jameson P each stole multiple bases for LMS Black. LMS Black stole 18 bases in the game. Noah H, Max M, and Arykzzon B each drove in one run for Speedway Jr High Sparkplugs.
